Screen Printing
Merch 360 have in-house screen printing services which enables us to keep up and look to the future for the demands of retailers indent and top up requests as well as the demands of tour.
We love screen printing, and treat each job, large or small with equal passion, precision and care. From design, art separations to colour matching and printing, we ensure the highest standards and finished quality is met. Product quality is always front and centre!
We have access to a large selection of blank finished garments, both locally and overseas.
We offer low minimum order quantities and sampling services is also available.
Digital Printing
Digital Printing is a great alternative to screen printing for smaller volume requirements. There is no limit to the number of colours available, making it a cost effective method for smaller orders.
Digital Printing does not have the same wash-fastness as screen printing, although it is quite good. If you need to wash time and time again for a work uniform or equivalent, we would always recommend screen print.
Embroidery Services
We also offer in-house embroidery service on garments, caps and beanies. Embroidery is another point of difference to make your product quality stand out, smarten up your teams uniforms, add versatility to your caps and bags and make your winter beanies stand out from the crowd.
So whether it is a badge, direct band name or logo and / or a 3D embroidery on caps, bucket hats we can sort you out.
Vinyl Transfers
Vinyl transfers are a very versatile material which can be heat transferred onto virtually any type of fabric.
There is no limit to the number of colours, but they do suit a simple shape.
Great for name and numbers and many other sports functions like jersey logos and numbers etc
